  • This appointment reviews treatment efficacy, changes in treatment plan and includes some psychotherapy.

60 Minutes

  • This appointment focuses heavily on psychotherapy. Treatment plan and goals are reviewed.

  • All appointments are available online through a HIPAA-Secure portal.

Purple Sage Psychiatry, Inc. is a full fee-for-service practice and is not paneled with insurance providers. All services are considered “out-of-network.” Many insurance plans will reimburse a percentage of costs with a form and receipt of services. FSA and HSA cards are accepted!
